YO! I'm Soledad or "Sole"-- Born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA. Even though I'm an 80's baby, I was blessed w/ soul... Pops is a drummer and singer who started out playing in a Soul band (Shades of Soul) and has now been playing Reggae for the past 24 years (Jah-Bone). Started out writing poetry and making beats as a teenager... As an MC, I pride myself with staying true to myself and the artform. As a person and producer, I respect those who have come before me and have paved the way. I make music for myself and consider the time spent making it a type of therapy or release from the nonsense of everyday life. It just happens to be relative to a lot of people. I make positive, conscious Hip Hop for all ages and races. I'm not tryna be something I'm not and talk about things I haven't experienced, because too many MC's and producers are. I'm not for the negativity, I'm just tryna be a real person and I don't accept or tolerate hatred anywhere. So please show some support!!
